Scaling Scrum is a challenge.

 

You pick up a tea spoon of well defined process, 2g of clear rules, 1 dl events, you just add a huge unknown amount of complexity.

All processes that involve humans are trouble. We are full of emotions and own ideas. We are always right and we can’t conceive someone else has a point too (especially if they say it’s better than ours).

We fear failure, we are stubborn, sometimes impolite, too serious, too worried, to focused, too lazy, so many defects on our software.. but still great abilities as curiosity, willingness, passion!, honor, commitment, trust… whatever we want to.

Still, humanity in our actions is the most complex fact to deal with and to rule. No arguing about it. When some basic needs are satisfied we’ll find other things to wish for and… keep feeling miserable.
