Agile transformations? No! Agile Revolution

Still on  Agile transformation:

Dealing with complexity and accepting it, is the only way to reduce it’s own risks.

Let the system respond to and with it’s own behavior, conflicts and weakness.


Companies are complex systems based on even complexer systems: humans. (We all know that already)

Like in societies, we need to let the system to solve it’s own failures.

Revolution: when the system fights against itself, producing another system adapted to current needs.

This definition is from Catiopedia. So you can argue.


We do not need a transformation..we need a revolution!
